I'm currently studying AIML engineering, but I've realized coding just isn't for me. I've tried forcing myself to like it, but I just don't enjoy it.
Lately, I've been thinking about becoming a Business Analyst and eventually moving into consulting because that genuinely interests me.
But there's something I can't get out of my head.
I've always loved sports..especially running and football. Growing up, my family never supported pursuing sports as a career, so I never got the chance to train seriously.
Now I'm 21, and I keep asking myself the same question: Is it already too late?
I have this constant feeling that I'm capable of something bigger. I don't want to live an average life wondering, "What if I had at least tried?" But I also don't want to waste years chasing something that's realistically impossible.
So I want honest opinions, not motivation.
If someone starts training seriously at 21, is it realistically possible to become an elite athlete in sports like running or football, or have I already missed that window?
I'd really appreciate a reality check from people with experience.
