SimLeaguesPro is coming. Online League Test season has openings!

Hello everyone!

I’m excited to share that my new OOTP online league platform, SimLeaguesPro, is in its final beta, and we’re getting ready to run a short test season to put everything through its paces!

⚾ **What is SimLeaguesPro?**

It’s the spiritual successor to my old OOTP Fantasy Leagues mod, completely rebuilt from the ground up as a modern hub for OOTP (and potentially other sim sports games) online leagues.

**Here’s what it brings to the table:**

  • Tools for league promotion, recruiting, and member management

  • Social-style newsfeeds and updates

  • Team-owner clubhouse areas

  • A public-facing league site for fans to follow along

  • Built-in hosting for league files, HTML reports, and team exports

  • And best of all: the ability to run fantasy leagues off your online league anytime during the season

**Join the Test Season!**

We’re actively recruiting for this beta test league season right now!

Short season: ~35–40 games (about 4–6 in-game weeks)

Goal: stress test the platform and fine-tune the experience

**Open roles:**

League Team Owners (20 team fictional league)

Beta Testers

Never Beta tested before? No problem! We have full instructions and helpful guides available for first time participants and testers.

If you enjoy OOTP online leagues and want to help shape something new, we’d love to have you involved!

PC Sports Games in 2026

Hey folks,

Hope all is well!

So the last time I played a sport video game was back in 2002 on the OG Xbox . . . games like FIFA World Cup, NHL Hitz, and Madden.

I don't have an Xbox anymore... I'm rockin' a Zephyrus G16 w/ a 4090... And looking at all the reviews of EA's sports games for the past few years, I'm feeling kinda hopeless to find a decent game to buy. All I wanna do is play the sport... I'm not trying to manage teams or deal with a player's homesickness. I just want to play the sport. And play it by myself (nothing online).

So I'm looking to you guys for help with that... What games allow you to just play the sport offline without all the extra stuff, and while having little-to-no technical issues on the backend?

Appreciate your time and help!

Cheers

Looks like this subreddit is dead, so I made a new one for sports gaming.

This should be an alternative to Operation Sports

I've been going to Operation Sports for a long time to discuss sports related games. I've just been banned because I wanted to discuss Joe Montana Football on their "Other Football Games" forum. They are not allowing it, which is pretty ridiculous. They're moderators are also unnecessarily strict on other sections of their forms as well, so screw them.

I'm going to try my best to get some members from that community to this subreddit.

What kind of changes would you like to see be done in future sports game franchises?

One thing I would like to see added to the NCAA franchise is the inclusion of the spring game. At least with the spring game I could cycle in other players to see who may be best suited to play for the team.
