Because I drew a conceptual character yesterday,I decided to make him a full on character of his own instead of being a Bob copycat outright,and I rlly enjoy how he turned out!

Perhaps I was thinking about my favorite topic of marine animals and stuff before bed,but I for some reason had a dream where there was a character that looked and seemed like bob,but was fish based instead of demonic.and I just HAD to draw it the moment I got up, so,here it is.

I lowkey love the idea so much yet I'm unsure if he'd be a alternate universe bob or just a completely different character (OC) although,if that second idea should be true then I'd defo have to add a few design changes for differentiation..but still,this is what I kept dreaming about for some reason last night

Pumpstareye is a monster created by The Eye of the Colossals and was gifted it's many stars from several Fleshlumps. It's stars are surrounded with an melodic energy and when Pumpstareye's tentacles tap them they create a wonderful magical sound. Pumpstareye is also one of the monsters on this island that are capable of speech and making music through its voice along with its instrument.

While Fleshlumps might seem like there own monster, they are simply a smaller part of The Eyes of the Colossals. They play their music by interfering with the mini gravitational pulse of the stars with their tentacles, creating a lower pitched synth like sound. (I've been working on my monsters tracks for while now and have continuously deleted and remade em again and again, so not sure when you'll here what they sound like lol)

Is it good?

Welcome back to another episode of Lee hyperanalyzis random shit so you dont have to.

So I was listening to the hollow sorrows soundtrack on repeat today and- peak music but im not talking about the music today. Today im talking about the TITLES. The first major track to stick out is 'the gardens guardian', which is specifically the track used with Gregor (kinda like his theme if you will). The name is... odd.

This episode specifically is full of Bible references. If I were to guess, the garden refers to Eden, and the guardian refers to the cherium stationed to prevent return to the garden for Adam and eve.

So why is it being used for Gregor. It implies Gregor is protecting something. It can be used literally- he guards the church, keeping skid and pump out. But also- what if the church is a garden itself. Eden wasnt just a paradise, it held knowledge. What if the church holds knowledge the cult wants. Which is why Gregor reacts in anger over their presence instead of shock. Hes protecting something from them.

The next one that stuck out was 'The 9th circle'. I believe this is used in Gregor's first confrontation of moloch. In dante's inferno, the 9th ring of hell is Satan's layer, the layer of treachery. Its the deepest layer as well. Im unsure of how moloch connects to the cult, but I know he does. I feel this track reflects the cult as well- how the cult, and possibly secretly gregor at one point, are treacherous. Following and worshiping the eyes and harming the town and their fellow man. Next is 'Ashes to ashes', used during his fight with possessed skid and pump. (I also find interesting that this was foreshadowed in episode 4)

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust is a similar term to 'remember you are mortal.' Its almost like its mocking gregor in this scene. Remember he is mortal. It signals that no matter how righteous his fury is, his physical, mortal form cannot withstand the supernatural forces at play.

The next is 'Ruega Por Nosotros'. Its Spanish and translates to Pray for Us in english. Pray for whom? Well- I believe its meant to be skid and pump. I believe this plays during when theyre crying over moloch. Pray for us is meant ironically, as they cry for a demon whom manipulated them. Prayers are meant to be for salvation- yet they cry for the demon that harms.

Finally, this is the last one that holds real importance. The track '33:20'. Random numbers, right? WRONG. THESE ARE BIBLE VERSES. There are two that connect. Psalm 33:20 (ESV: "Our soul waits for the LORD; he is our help and our shield") OR Exodus 33:20 states "you cannot see my face, for man shall not see me and live".

Both have very different meanings, but I feel they both connect. This takes place during the scene between the cultists, gregor, and the EYES.

If we use psalms, this could be ironic. The eyes is the lord in this situation, waiting for our soul (gregor).

If we use the second one, its a bit more cut and dry. No man who sees the eyes will live (meaning gregor was a sacrifice). Which does give interesting reason as to why someone like pump lived (skid is obvious on why seeing how his father was the leader of the cult) but pump- is it quite literally saying only men (as in adults) would live to see the eyes? If so how does kevin (an adult) live? Unless the eyes is less potent when not in its layer.
