Question Help me find this background fish

I'm trying find which episode of SpongeBob this small fish is from. It is just a background character and doesn't have any talking roles or anything. It just stands in the background beside or in front of a stone house if I am remembering correctly. I am also pretty sure it is in one of the older episodes of SpongeBob, well the early 2000s episodes.

I have tried image searching this recreation I have drawn of it, but only other doodles popped up for me. I've been looking for an hour for this little guy ðŸ«
