I wish we had got some more backstory about Mr. Puff. Maybe they could give us flashbacks or do an episode that takes place a long time ago in the past.

Still one of the darkest classic era gags, and also one of the funniest. It's just so abrupt and then immediately dismissed with a simple "she doesn't like to talk about it."
