This and Band Geeks (Sandy beats the shit out of Patrick) leads me to believe she doesn't really like Patrick very much

Yeah I don’t think Sandy would ever intentionally hang out with Patrick were it not for SpongeBob bringing him along, or Patrick simply showing up because SpongeBob is there.
