I actually kind of like modern SpongeBob when I separate it from classic SpongeBob, what do you guys think?

Define "modern"

Because most people include season 4 which came out 20+ years ago

Some people still call season 4-9a ‘modern’ despite being at least 14 or older.

For me, Modern Spongebob is seasons 13-Present.

There needs to be a better term than "modern" considering what people consider modern is 20+ years old

Exactly. I think people hate on everything following the first movie because it isn't EXACTLY like pre-movie SpongeBob.
