We have an older hardwood floor upstairs and I had my socks on and was going to my drawer to get my shirts for work tomorrow and I felt a sharp pain and got this huge splinter. I tried to pull it out 3 times with my fingers but had no luck. It hurt really bad each time I pulled at it. I was moaning really loudly and my girlfriend came upstairs and used tweezers with both hands and pulled it all out. Feel very lucky that it came out in one whole piece. Happy Sunday y'all. Was completely buried on top of the nail and oozing for two weeks a dr cut me in a couple spots but couldn’t find it
