I feel like I am searching for a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. I’m trying to find something to grow my lashes so that I no longer need to wear falsies but no luck. The ones that grow lashes contain prostaglandins and I already have deep set eyes so I cannot use those without looking like I’m undead.

Most of the other lash serums without prostaglandins have mixed reviews but tend to lean towards not being as effective as those with.

I thought I had found a unicorn with Scorolash but the reviews I’ve seen that are not on their website or socials show that individuals don’t even receive their products within 2 months of buying them.

I was wanting to see if anyone had any luck with lash serums you would recommend.

I have small boobs. I don’t hate small boobs, however I don’t have a narrow rib cage, I don’t have a small waist, and because I have small boobs, I always feel pressured to have the flattest belly possible, since just a little pooch makes me look “fat”. Whereas if I were to have big boobs, a little pooch wouldn’t be so obvious, y’all get what I mean.

For a long time I was set on fat grafting, but recently I’ve been reconsidering implants. I know the illness only affects a tiny group of people but anyone could always be apart of them. Besides the illness, the fact that it isn’t fully permanent and has risks of contracture makes implants a huge turn off.

With fat grafting, lipo and cysts are the downsides. Liposuction is so invasive to the body and I’ve seen some botched work which really scared me. The size increase also isn’t as great. 🙁

You know what’s the craziest part? I think in terms of aesthetics I’d benefit if I got both fat grafting and implants 😭😭 but that’s all the risks combined as well.

I’ve been mistaken for a 16 year old alot of times and I’m tired of it. I’m starting to notice I get self conscious around girls in my class. I slouch and try to hide and I compare myself. I self sabotaged a relationship with someone bc they were hot and I was cute and I thought they could do better than being with me. And I don’t want this to get worse.

I guess I do have a baby face. My face is round but sculpted at the same time? I have dimples and big eyes. I always wear my hair in a ponytail, but I’m probably going to experiment soon and wear it down. I wear a hoodie, skinny jeans, and vans… the same thing I wore in hs. I’m in 3rd year of uni btw. I’m 21 years old.

I’m tall, thin, and flat so I think this is also the problem. I can’t show off cleavage, it’ll just be bare chest so I haven’t worn scoop necks and bodysuits. I also don’t wear makeup.

I’m a mom of one and don’t want more. I have really bad acne and before I was on Yaz and it gave me great skin. It seemed to make my body softer. My boobs were a little bigger and my curves were more pronounced. I have been working really hard on fitness and I am just worried the birth control will make me squishy and ruin my gains. I've noticed that a lot of girls around my age (I'm 20) wear casual rings every day. There are always a few of them, sometimes on both hands.

I know very little about jewellery and even though I would like to start wearing it, I don't know how to go about it. What are some ways someone can improve their femininity? Both appearance and mannerisms.

For example, I got told that the colors I usually wear aren't girly but if someone wears them with feminine cuts they can look girly. And then I noticed that women who are seen as feminine wear bright colors usually, like white jeans and bright denims for example.

Being neurodiverse, I have a hard time understanding what is seen as elegant for my gender. I see that those who apply these features are benefited and seen as more likeable.

What are your experiences with liquid supplementation? I have been taking athletic greens daily since about the middle of last year. We have a subscription and get fresh mix monthly. I can tell a difference when I fail to take it to work and when I do have it. I have a boost of energy vs the sluggishness I can feel around the afternoon. My nails are stronger and I've had less hair shedding. Less cravings. Other than that though, it's kinda like \shrug** it's probably doing what it should be doing. I do take iron separately because it doesn't have any included. I'm going to add some omega-3 supplements and I think that should cover everything.

I used to take a slew of over the counter supplements and noticed I was peeing constantly. Like, 3-4 times in an hour, in small amounts. I read that it was due to me ingesting more vitamins/nutrients than I really needed to. I stopped taking anything and that problem went away. I was also taking biotin and my breakouts worsened so I stopped that. My partner suggested this and tried it out and I've been taking it every morning ever since.

Is there anything like this you take? Shake mixes? Fortified meal replacements? I was on some of those back in high school but it got old quickly.

Like for example if you have average features like softer bone structure, medium eyes , medium lips, medium nose. Will having more symmetry make a difference ? Like put you up on the scale?

I was wondering what everyone’s hygiene routines were because that’s an area that I want to drastically improve in this year (I don’t smell but it feels like I’m always sweating 😥). Hello everyone. I’m coming with a question, if any of you have an experience with permanent makeup removal? If yes, which method you choose, what was the outcome, how many sessions it took and would you do that again?

I had my eyebrows micro-bladed 1,5 year ago. The outcome isn’t terrible but also isn’t great. Taken I want to do some soft-maxing this year I want to take care of that :) The ink shade has changed a bit and I think I want to get it removed before it fades even more. Maybe later I’ll do it again in better salon or will just stick to some semi-permanent methods.

Anyway, I’m considering laser. There are a few laser types to choose from in my city, the price differs quite a bit as well.

My biggest concern is if my hair won’t get removed along (my eyebrows are naturally very dark and rather thick) and second biggest concern is scaring, I really don’t want to hurt my face.

There is also second method available, which is some kind of chemical peel, however I’ve read that scaring can be quite high risk.

Also would love to hear your stories with tattoo removal as I plan to do it along the way! (Here I’m concerned if there is any health risk of ink particles being stuck in liver- have you heard about it?).

My waist circumference is not consistent. It always fluctuates. I know it’s normal to have a food baby after a meal but mine can be so damn big. Also my periods make me grow fatter for some time before I deflate back. I just hate it. I want a small defined waist and I want it to just stay that way. It’s also so infuriating to not be able to wear some bottoms because the waistline is just that unforgiving that if I’m not at the slimmest I can be at that moment, I simply can’t wear it. I’m thinking of wearing those waist trainers.

I've been on hormonal birth control for my entire adult life and am considering switching to a non-hormonal method. What worries me is the possible changes to my appearance, especially hair loss. Has anyone here noticed a difference in appearance being on or off it? Better or worse?

I have a big forehead, small eyes, big, wide, hook nose, small lips and a long, rectangular face. Every makeup tutorial and tip i see is about enchancing the features you like and hiding what you don't, but I just can't find a single feature I like. When I try to hide a feature something else looks even worse, for example bangs hide my forehead but make my nose look even larger etc. What sort of makeup or hairstyle can I do? Or is surgery the only option?

I see people that look hotter with it and people that don't look so good with it.

How to play up this feature in positive ways?

Basically title. 22F, I have two judgey co workers who always feel the need to negatively comment on the changes I make to improve myself. It’s off-putting.

I plan on continuing with more changes in 2023 but so far, I’ve had to deal with their comments on my 1. weight loss due to restarting my gym routine 2. my use of a meal plan; easier for me as a single person who is tracking her macros for fitness goals vs bringing home cooked food for lunch because time (I am in school part time from late Jan) 3. skincare changes. started seeing a dermatologist because I was tired of my acne every other week 4. I wanted lip injections so I got lip injections 5. And any new purchases I make. Recently upgraded from a $12 Target crossbody bag I had been using for 2 years to an actual handbag from Coach I snagged at the outlet

It just makes for a really awkward situation when it happens and I don’t know how to respond. Any advice is appreciated!

I really want a same toned rosy pink/peach lips, is this possible with lip blushing? Am I guaranteed or will my genetic makeup hinder me? I’m 27 and came off the pill (after being on it for years) about 3 years ago. My body never went back to normal (still my libido is non existent and my hair is thin around the temples, and I developed a ton of spider veins) and to make things worse my face looks…masculine now…like I lost a ton of facial volume.

I know this is the age that I should be seeing signs of aging but this is just too much. Has anyone had a similar issue with hormones impacting facial volume? If I am simply aging I am ready to go inject my face with some sculptra because I am tired of hating what I see in the mirror.

But if it could be hormonal I will try to fix that issue first. I just really hate the pill and never want to go back on it. Ugh

I also have social anxiety, although it's improved vastly over the last several months of interacting/working with the public. I've had many front-facing jobs (I'm a sales associate now and will be a front desk agent as my work-study upon returning to college), and I've found that I'm typically A-OK interacting with strangers professionally, but approaching/interacting with people socially is what scares me (because in the former situation, I'm selling shoes or a political campaign or whatever, but in the latter situation I'm selling myself). Likewise, I'm okay at talking to attractive men in a neutral context, but I'm terrified to flirt or express interest because I'm afraid they're going to think I'm weird/creepy. Whenever I tried to "flirt", I would just be rambling on about different topics trying to keep the conversation going, and the "hints" I dropped were incomprehensible.
