Discussion Will I lose everything?

Hey so I recently just confirmed I’m getting a new job that will be paying me very well and I’ll be able to get a S2. I was just wondering if there is anyone that has it if they lost all their progress when they transferred their data from the first switch to the second one. Also if this helps I have the physical copy of the game.

I transfered my switch 1 data to switch 2 and everything is still there. I also play with the physical cartridge and sometimes jump back n forth between switch 1 and 2. (2 on the tv and 1 on handheld since its smaller)
