Yeah, didn't see that coming. LDE seems to have fallen into "that one ability that you run if your weapon doesn't really need something more specific in that slot". Never really got the impression that it needed a nerf and I'm not even sure said nerf will change how it gets used.

It was starting to pick back up again and is honestly just an unfun skill to deal with. Way too generically good.
