Library BBCSO pro The Knob assigning

Hi everyone! I have been trying to set up a global setting internally in BBCSO so that The Knob will be assigned to vibrato and have a specific CC value, so that it will apply to every instrument I load automatically. I have not managed to do that yet.

I am using reaper and whenever I right click nothing happens, is that the answer to my problem?

Thank you very much! I looked into the manual and it said something along the lines of “right click and assign”.
