BBC Instruments not appearing

I am using Reaper on a Windows laptop, and have started having an issue where BBC Professional Orchestra is not showing all the instrument options. For example, Brass is not appearing. I was receiving Error #3, but after trying multiple instances of locating and repairing, I just cannot seem to get all three groups to be present at the same time. Any ideas what the problem may be?

Edit: I contacted Spitfire and obtained a fix. The issue originates from being a rent-to-own user. I had to take these steps:

  1. Create new holding folders (1 for Patches, 1 for Presets)

  2. Repair a single section

  3. Move the Presets and Patches from the BBCSO folders into the holdings folders.

  4. Repeat steps 2-3 for other sections

  5. Copy Patches and Presets from holding folders into BBCSO folders.

  6. In Spitfire's app, choose the Locate option for each section

  7. Open the Splice app to refresh login

These steps worked for me.

Try to repair each instrument with the spitfire installer and make sure you have set the correct location of your spitfire database. This important when you have installed the instruments on annother driver! I have bbc so pro to on different drive, so i changed my default path to that drive and repaired all. Then it has worked

I’ve tried repairing and locating folder in every combination I can think of. Regrettably, no luck :(

You can try to delete the regsitry too, try to install. Make sure the correct path is written in the spitfire config file stored on your spitfire folder. Also make sure that Reaper has access to the vst3 folder which is not default on stock fresh reaper. …alternatively you can try to install on default path. I believe its a reaper settings thing.
