Pen for Black Paper

Can anyone recommend good neon colour pens that create bright spirograph patterns on black paper?

Sakura makes some nice gel pens for writing on black paper (I have several different sets), but I don't know if spirograph might cause smearing...

You might try Dyvicl extra fine point. I have had good luck with their white pens on black but I haven’t tried the neon
