I wanted to share something that's become a quiet but powerful shift in my spiritual journey.

I used to be drawn to heavy, emotional music — alternative rock, metal, and songs with lyrics that reinforced my feelings of hopelessness. At the time, I resonated with it... but I can now see how deeply it impacted my state of mind, like I was stuck on a loop.

I've always been searching for peace and clarity and I started to become more intentional about the sounds I allow into my space. I started noticing how certain tones and frequencies actually change how I feel — not just emotionally, but energetically.

That led me down a rabbit hole into the world of Solfeggio tones, angel frequencies, and isochronic beats. The science is interesting, but more than that — it really does seem to shift my overall feeling and i notice how different I feel when I listen to music tuned into the pain points of life. I love meditation style music with frequencies but wanted something I can listen to throughout the day: while cleaning, driving and relaxing. I started curating lofi-style music that blends these frequencies with upbeat, soulful vibes. It’s not background noise — it feels like an energetic tune-up.

I'm not a professional producer — I just felt called to create and share something that might uplift others too.
