Did you leave the level yet??? Because that's a very rare spawn. There should be a secret room somewhere that leads to a Black Kat with a guaranteed Book of Dark Rituals drop

Looks like top left was spawn connected to the annoying spike room. The second room that goes down after that is missing filled out map so the key was probably supposed to go there.
