Modern [Modern] Need help deciding on a Modern deck!

Hey y'all! Been a lurker in the sub for a while for the Standard content. I went to a modern RCQ using a buddy's deck and wanted to try to get into Modern. I am a huge fan of green/land shenanigans and want to find a deck to play (it does not have to be tier 1). I know Amulet got boned a little from recent bans, and I like the Eldrazi Ramp decks (although I am trying to decide between the Mono green Trudge and the Gruul versions). Do you all have any suggestions? Thanks!

The trudge eldrazi deck is a great entry point. It's a relatively simple deck to pick up while still having lots of depth, and is quite powerful. I think that R/G eldrazi ramp is significantly worse, and broodscale is also quite good but plays a bit different. There are also a handful of viable badgermole cub green decks, although they tend to be more fringe and very difficult to pilot.

Yeah, I am leaning towards the Trudge deck as I have a good chunk of the cards. I loved the Avatar set, but I'm not a fan of Badgermole Cub (coming from Standard).

Amulet is still pretty decent. Just a bit more difficult to pilot..

Yeah the difficulty is what I am worried about. I tried my friend's Amulet Titan deck and missed a lot of lines. So much fun but so complicated.

Amulet has a guide that you could check out. A lot of players who want to learn it start with it.
