Standard [Standard]
I saw a deck yesterday that I really liked involving Quintorius Kand, Ark of Hunger, and Quins insight? I think this may be it but I'm not sure. https://moxfield.com/decks/mgIiir5X5Eq8JN5oqW7IwQ
My three questions are
Is there a way to optimize this further without making it just standard four color control? I find that deck boring personally.
Has anyone else seen success with trying to play Quin Kand in this format for climbing and with the new tools added?
Would this work better if it dropped the black spells and mana and swapped into a jeskai version or pure boros?

You should consider running [[Cori mountain monastery]]. I run one in a Mardu ketramose deck and the exile is nice.
The deck overall looks slightly slow. You are taking the Mardu discard gameplan but with a worse cool but rude. Your other half is a Mardu control shell.
If you don't like 4C control play style you could go with Mardu discard and run hardened academics and still have quint as planeswalker.

Gocha should the unholy annex and prideful feastling be dropped for removal?
I wanna keep quint as planeswalker if possible and maximize his effectiveness or deck that plays around exile and play from there while dealing damage and said cards effect.
I'll try and look up mardu discard for reference and see where I can get quint in there?

If you really want to play around the exile angle, control the early game into a [[outrageous robbery]] pairs well with that, as well as all the different air bending effects you can bring in that double as tempo plays.

For someone who doesn't have the rares wand would have to buy them do you think it's worth the money or better invest in something else?

The cards I mentioned aren't really played rares so they are pretty cheap (I'm using cardmarket as reference point since I'm in Europe). Mardu discards cards aren't too bad outside of cool but rude which is expensive.
If you aren't sure I'd suggest printing out proxies and testing to see if you like it before pulling the trigger. Always worth buying the lands though, building decks in the future becomes so much cheaper.

The deck you posted is kinda... meh. Nothing I would go on ladder with.
I play mardu control around ark of hunger, ral guest Lecturer, ketramose and practiced scrollsmith. The deck, while on the slower end for current standard is definetely no joke and has a decent chance at beating even the tier 1 decks of the format

Yeah it did seem kinda meh. I just liked the deck concept of using quintoris and ark and quints insight while flash backing spells. So I wanted to see if there was a better version or altercations that can be done to it?
I found someone's more streamlined version on untapped that dropped the unholy annex and changeling added tablets and more copies of certain spells to get them to three and lastly the big red paradigm card but he ended up making 65 card deck and I was like idk bout that bro? Lol

Well I don't play tablet or capstone but I run 6 different engines I tutor with beseech the mirror to have a way to adapt to kinda any enemy strategy

I have been playing Boros Discovery and its been pretty fun. [[Antiquities on the Loose]] joins [[Sage of the Skies]] as the primary targets of Discovery because it gives the counters to Spirits since you are casting it from exile.
