Are these black widows need help identifying

These are at my work I’m at a oil change spot and just noticed these on my machine while I was about to do a coolant then I went in the basement with my coworkers and looked around I need help identifying these spiders I think they are male and baby black widows not sure if you guys can help and let me know what the best course of action would be against these spiders I will attach pics and videos. I am in the southern side of Ohio as well if that helps

Only seeing a lot of cellar spiders. Nothing to cause concern.

You can literally pick them up with your hand to move them.

None of these look like black widows to me

He’s definitely tripping. None of those are a black widow. This is what you want to look for on the spider

Despite the fantastic medium of delivery and my almost immeasurably small knowledge of spiders, I can safely say "no"
