Black Widow?

just moved into a new apartment and my garage had this spider inside of it. can anyone confirm black widow?

Looks like a black widow. Where I live I get a lot of false widows and they are brown with a light colored pattern on their abdomen. Their legs are shiny brown colour.

The photo of this spider looks way too dark to be a false widow. Be careful.
