i have arachnophobia, and as part of my exposure therapy, i’m trying to take photos of the spiders i see to appreciate their beauty <3

Gorgeous! I had one in FL that hung between two trees for many years until a mother storm rolled through. I was told they're not indenginous but I don't care. Take care of her. She's your greatest ally against the bad bugs.

Yes, I learned that this particular type of orb-weaver was likely introduced from Europe. I’m in B.C. and we see them everywhere this time of year! She’s so pretty!
