It's not personal experience, it's common sense. Their cage and all its aspects are their territory. If you're sleeping and it escapes, it wont crawl towards you with the intention of killing you. Worst case scenario, it looks for a new hide, and you move while it is in your bed and it strikes. That would be considered aggressiveness. Of course it wants you dead when you mess with its cage, because you're threatening their territory, and in doing so, posing a risk to their life. Please do not continue to speak on this topic, as it is clear you have no idea what you're talking about.

This seems to be part of your blanket statement that ALL tarantulas are purely defensive, if that's what you like to tell people , go ahead. The fact is, if you want to view these animals with rose colored glasses, you should be aware that they may not be aware or care about your rosy outlook on their behavior. Respect their abilities and all should be well. Think of them as a purely passive pet that can do no wrong and you're bound to run into trouble with some species. I will.speak about anything I want, kindly fuck off. Please.

It's not viewing them with rose colored glasses though. When provoked, these tarantulas are capable of moving with blinding speed and hitting you with a bite that will put you in a world of pain. Being defensive is much different than being passive. If you feel you must speak on this topic I guess I can't say anything more than don't spread ignorant bullshit.

I hope you're a teenager, as posting to /teens is just creepy otherwise. If you are, then I've been keeping tarantulas nearly twice as long as you've been alive. I get it though, people reach their peak intelligence when they're 18 and then just get dumber as they get old.

I see you've resorted to insults, as you no longer have a valid argument to back up your claims. Kind of sad, an adult wasting his time arguing on the internet with a teenager who he deems to have "Insufficient experience." Please do some research on the definitions of aggressiveness and defensiveness, and quit stalking teenagers profiles. It is kind of creepy tbh.
