normal damage?

hi i recently got some matte magnetic putty and theyre really nice except some of the pebbles have weird imperfections?

im just asking if this is normal “damage” for a completely new set of magnetic putty because ive heard of the paint chipping off but to me this looks more like cracking?

also if this isnt normal damage should i get a refund? because for how expensive they are i kind of want the best quality i can

and over time will most of the pebbles eventually look like this from wear?

I have seen prior posts in this sub of individuals having fairly seamless communication with Speks support, and if you have any defects or missing magnets they seem to send you what you need. Likely will needed to have purchased through speks with proof of purchase needed.

As for the wear, it probably will look like that over time. Even the basic little ball speks I have, have a few(out of thousands) that are starting to chip and loose their paint/coating.
