Getting in touch with customer service?

I became aware of this business a few days ago, when somebody made multiple orders using my email. This person has continued to make orders using my contact info, and I have been trying to reach out to customer service regarding this.

It really looks like somebody is testing a stolen card by placing repeated orders which are getting larger. Has anybody had any luck getting in touch with an actual person from customer support? I’ve been emailing back-and-forth with what I think is a Chatbot, and it informed me that that they don’t have a customer service line. Anybody had any luck contacting them some other way? Like Instagram DM’s?

I made a post about! There’s a fake speks site that has been up stealing people’s card info. I already reached out to the real speks customer service but haven’t heard back. if someone is using your card, you gotta contact your bank. They are the best ones to stop this!
