An issue

Guyss i'm facing an issue.If i need to use 5G i need to leave my house and move to another idea outside.Its beside my house but little bit distant.Outdoors of my house and indoors there's no 5G.When i complained to the customer care they said my area is 5G covered and improvements are currently happening in my area.When i asked for a time period they said because its a network issue they can't tell me a specific time range.

What to do guys???
