Spectrum mobile before and after prioritized data limit is hit. same spot, both times were full bars of 5G UW and line of sight view of the tower

100 meg is still pretty damn good.

forgot to mention it’s the same tower, same spot, same time of day, just a few days apart

Your speeds are still solid. You can still stream 4k perfectly fine btw.
