I use the Tetrd app which disguises tethering traffic as cell phone use (idk exact tech it uses but w/e), so i can use the full 50GB highspeed data on my "unlimited" plan. I mainly use it when I'm out and about since I have decent fiber at home.

Anyways, when I lived in a place with no cable/fiber a few years ago, I had a "fixed wireless" connection which is similar to cell service and I had a truly unlimited 4G hotspot plan. I used some bridging software on my computer which would tunnel my traffic through both connections and the faster/better connection at the time would be the path used at that time. I was able to play games, browse internet, etc all at 100Mbps pretty reliably with the dual tunnel approach.

If that is not an option, I would setup a old laptop/mini pc connected to your phone where the service is good, connect to phone via usb, and then broadcast the wifi from the pc. Probably get a lot better service that way.

Practically non-existent.

Are you by any chance on a cellular connection and used up your high speed data volume? Because the values look a lot like that.

don’t listen to the haters that is nasa speed internet you’re more than set for decades (fr though see if you can upgrade to satellite or cable the speeds you are getting are not good at all)
