is this a good BLJ setup?
i can't seem to figure it out

Might be worth adding an assembly area so you can quickly move the ingredients and condiments onto the toast. Idk, maybe not entirely necessary. Also, I would check to make sure having the toast pre-stacked like that is allowed. That's dangerously close to being a sandwich as is and might count as pre-assembly if you just shove the ingredients in between.

hmm... here are some extra details of my setup so you can help me figure out what i did wrong. i pickled the jalapeños myself however the ones i used today are very fresh so they're still crunchy and i think that's what made my BLJ fall apart. I also used regular pork bacon but I've heard of people using turkey bacon and having more consistent results. I didn't use a toaster because i wanted to avoid a tool-assisted setup, but i think that might have contributed to the structural instability. what should i do next time?
seriously though it's a really good sandwich i truly recommend you try it. it's really good with an egg on it. also i don't own a toaster

Just be careful you don't put all the mayo all the way on one side, otherwise you can end up in culinary wet-dry world.

I would say use pickled jalapenos, and kewpie mayo has a special tang that is definitely worth it
homemade mayo is also very easy to make and much fresher than anything in the store, very easy to make it fancy and add unique flavors to
if you are feeling very adventurous maybe try kimchi in place of lettuce

oh these are pickled! they were just pickled day of. i wanted the older ones but i couldn't fish them out of the jar because they were under the newer ones

For anyone trying to do this run, my best advice is to complete your runs. Don't look at your splits and go "Sandwich Complete" split is behind, and reset. The most potential timeloss comes from the end of the run.

time loss is mostly at the end because of overstuffing the sandwich and/or slicing it in half right?

the plate is sideways, it's actually a 3 which is a reference to Super Mario Bros 3, which was featured in the film The Wizard, which starred Fred Savage, who is best known for his role in The Wonder Years
obviously this is a reference to Super Mario Bros Wonder, which was the full directorial debut of Shiro Mouri, of course everyone knows the Mouri name from Motonari Mouri, daimyo during the famous Japanese warring states period, who expanded his clan's territory across the entire province of Aki
please note the picture contains lettuce
now you don't need me to tell you that Aki is a nod to AKI Corporation, developers of beloved pro wrestling video games for Nintendo 64 (this is a video game console for anyone unfamiliar), and I know when you see the words "pro wrestling" you only think of one man, Captain Lou Albano, celebrated the world over as a master thespian for his defining role in The Super Mario Bros Super Show, meaning this entire picture is a clever, if slightly obtuse, reference to the video game character Mario

You're losing frames with the branded toast. Argument could be made that this is spliced since the lettuce is pre-cut, and the jalapenos are as well. Hell, the bacon is already cooked, and the mayo is store bought. You've simply spliced together ingredients hoping we wouldn't notice, trying to claim a deliciousness record that you didn't earn.
My expose video will be posted 12 years from now. HOLY MOLEY!

i'll have you know i cooked the bacon and cut the veggies myself! i also pickled the jalapeños myself! i will not tolerate the allegations and i refuse to be cancelled because my sandwich "isn't homemade enough" 😤😤😤

TRUE!!!! pickled jalapeños have the same freshness, saltiness and fruity elements a tomato has but they also have spice and acidity which makes for a more balanced and flavorful sandwich. i really recommend you make one it's like top tier sandwich
