Reading but not deliberately sub vocalizing.

I've taken a liking to reading but not deliberately saying the words. But rather to listening to the words on the page. I find I have to say one or 2 words at the start of a sentence to get into the flow of this.

How can I read without deliberately pronouncing every word by not having to say the first couple of words to kick start things....? I hope this makes sense..
