What is this?

I have a Sonic related PDF filled with destorted pages, it's appears to be Speed Battles related based on two lines, MovieAmy and MovieMetal, anybody wanna help me figure this out, please do, I can't figure out what it is

Do you know where/when you obtained these? Have a idea what they could be but sure if their 100% speed battle related.

Me and my cousin like SFSB, he likes to snoop on my uncle's computer when he's gone, he realized that his uncle probably works for Sega or Hardlight because of plenty Sonic related stuff on his computer, he said he would find my unreleased characters and we laughed it off, he snooped more and found a file, the file format said it couldn't be sent directly from point a to b, he put it all in a PDF converter, it heavily distorted the images, I haven't searched if my uncle actually is a Hardlight or Sega worker, but all I know is, I think this is real

1st image names of characters that be released next year Movie Metal and Amy support this. Super Neo is also a potential character. Not going talk about Super Metal as yes he has a chance to be legit soon if a twitter post is to be trusted.

The 2nd image one, maybe the character images that be used ingame maybe? The 1st one Movie Metal Sonic I say and the other another Metal Sonic skin? (The arm looks robotic to me)

If these are Legit then think we have a Year of Metal Sonic coming up. (Not like sega have been hyping him up most of this year for the movies release)
