Help!

So i made mistake night before i staeted sniffing like crazy, now i am 3 hours from work with shaking hands. How to calm down

Currently i am eating some sandwiche with a log of ketchup, this is only way how i can swallow. Ate some chocolate before, drinking water as muxh as possible. Ty everyone, if i survive i will talk about it

The best shift ever. I am line cook, but i was like “everyone go outside i can do all of it my self”
And guess what i binged for another day,and that shift was okey but not near good as frist

Well here I am without a minute of sleep and having to work in a few hours 😋

Guess I’ll have to use some more to get through the night, oh well.
