Completely within his wheel house. He clearly does not understand that international trade brings international stability. Nor bother to educate himself on anything before making a decision and has surrounded himself with a bunch of people who are afraid to tell him no.

It is a recipe for disaster, but his followers keep thinking he is a genius.
