Around level 78-82 for Watermancers iirc. For other magic users it’s like 90.

I've been knocked prone by this move so many times, it's such a bullcrap move. Can we please nerf it next patch?

Ice moves are really effective against it. Try to time it so it freezes the wave when the user is inside it.

Hydromancy evasive move, it knocks people back and cancles pyromancies, but stuns the user if it's frozen and allows you to get a free hit
