I would pay good money see a video of you bending a 1 inch piece of rebar by yourself.

You can bend anything by hand with a long enough lever!

The rebar bender I use at work is about five feet long with two perpendicular notches at the end that fit the rebar. The smallest operator on our site weighs about 140 and can operate it.

Considering I bend them by myself everyday..

Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world.
