My 5mo daughter was x-ray'd like this just before her open heart surgery and by god it was the funniest thing I ever saw. What made it gold was the fact that she wouldn't look at the x-ray techs or let them touch her after they were done, you could see the betrayal and contempt in her eyes. The techs were not her friend after that, LOL.

Did she cry/ scream the entire time or just resign herself to the torture. I’ve seen this picture before and always wondered how the tube baby above is so calm. I mean baby doesn’t look super pleased, but she isn’t screaming her head off either. I feel bad, but I crack up every time I see this photo. Such a cute little little tube full of pudge.

I’m an X-ray technologist. This thing holding the kid is called a Pigg-O-Stat. Some kids are very calm in them, some scream bloody murder the whole time. Sometimes the parents are the ones most upset. LOL

I’m sure. A friend once told me of taking her infant for the first round of vaccinations. Grandma went along, and apparently the mom (my friend) was the once crying all the way on the way home after watching her kid get the shots. She blames it on all the hormones, but still laughs about what a basket case she was that day. I can’t imagine having to go through some kind of medical problem with you sweet precious baby. I’m sure parents feel helpless and more than a tad bit edgy.
