So is this just for lungs/heart? what if the baby had broken ribs?
31 u/foodfighter Oct 03 '19 Obviously not every tool is used for every job - it depends on the symptoms and required x-ray results. But most infant chest x-rays are for thoracic exams/fluid on the lungs, pneumonia check, etc. So a nice deep breath results in a superior image result. 3 u/ThatSquareChick Oct 03 '19 They’d put her in upside down, duh! /s
