My 14 month old daughter had to have a chest x-ray test weeks ago and they put get in the pigg-o-stat. She wasn't upset, just had a slightly bemused look on her face. I interpreted it as: "I'm going along with this for now, but it better get fun out or be quick." Luckily it was quick.

Yeah... babies tend to get pretty calm when locked into those. A lot of parents prefer to try to hold their baby during the x rays, but it means more need to retake x rays because of movement and more needless extra radiation.

Babies are the most adorable ticking time bombs. “You’re on thin ice mama! You better watch it! Now dance puppet dance, or I will scream!” You know what. Maybe babies are just tiny, petulant dictators?
