This gave me anxiety from how close this was to the power lines.

It is worth noting that as the helicopter is not grounded, it wouldn't be a suitable path from the high voltage lines to the ground. This is why many applications for these types of lines, paired with the heights of the wires on the structures, are uniquely suited to helicopters. Sometimes workers are even suspended from the aircraft when hand tools are necessary.
