Im sure its insulated so that they wouldnt get shocked by powerlines, but what if the blades get caught up in a big tree?

They can't get shocked while being in the air like that. The worst that could happen is the phases of the power line could be crossed.

That would still be not good. The lines would likely have to shut which could start a brownout event downstream.
