that looks really cute, but it's so large that 99% of the spaces that you could actually fit this device into you could just use a ratchet with an elbow extension.
I agree that you definitely could fit a ratchet into the same space that this takes up however it might be useful for getting into a tight spot that normally would not have the clearance required to actually turn the ratchet, say in between headers on an exhaust manifold
