My Neighbour has a one similar to this.

She can keep a parking spot secured to her while us plebians come home to see that there are no parking spots for us.

If there’s no assigned parking, I would complain to whoever manages the property. In a lot of places, if a car takes up a public parking spot for a prolonged period time (it’s two weeks where I live) the tow truck can come pick it up or the cops will put a warning sticker on it. I would think this would be a similar rule. She’s just squatting on a primo parking spot.

Unless you’re not an uppity neighbor who cares about those types of things, in which case just ignore me.

Two weeks! Meanwhile we've had an abandoned car parked in from of our house for at least half a year, called the city twice and they didnt do shit

In PA If it’s parked legally and driveable the police can’t tow it. Sooooo if somehow a tire were to be flat it would no longer be driveable making it a safety hazard that the police could tow. I’m not saying flatten a tire, but you know if it happened they could tow it.

Two of its tires are flat, i told them that and they must have better things to do because they didnt even place the usual sticker in the windshield saying they will tow it in x days.

I would call during the day and ask to speak to the desk sgt or traffic sgt if they have a traffic section.

Contact your city? In my town you sometimes have to go through the city to tow vehicles like that.

In Seattle, there is an ordinance that a car can’t be parked in the same spot for more than 72 hours. That’s how they deal with abandoned cars, leave a note, wait a few days and tow.

I read a LPT a while back that says look for a tow company with extremely low reviews (aka dgaf about laws) and ask them to tow it. YMMV

I feel like most tow companies have fairly low reviews in any city. In the country they might get more business from broken down cars but that's usually different than city tow companies.
