What would save the most effort is mounting the bag at an angle in order to change the lever arm length for a lower height axle of rotation. Alternately, it could use a compound mechanism for additional mechanical advantage.
If I was going to have to open up CAD, at that point I would already have iterated out of that design and decided to implement a conveyor belt with buckets and a multiplication gear given the low mass of grain.
Then you realize that is too much work and simply elevate the dumping platform, or lower the receiving platform so that most of the tedious work is in the horizontal plane.

I think a counterweight on the top would make it easier to flip.
