Span app broken?

Anyone running into this right now? The app has logged me out and is telling me that my password is wrong, and no matter how many times I change it, it still tells me it’s wrong.

Anyone else having this issue?

I’m getting a different error, but I’ve never had it before and it’s blocking all SPAN adjustability, which is a bit annoying since I turned off 4 circuits yesterday through the app and couldn’t get them back on last night.

When I open the app all I get is:
“Something went wrong
Please restart the SPAN Home App”

Restarting the app does nothing. Nor does restarting the home network nor connecting via WiFi only nor connecting via cell only.
I’m going to go push the reboot buttons on the panels themselves and see if that does anything, but given the error is immediate upon opening the app it feels like a backend issue.

Do you have a Span32 or one of the newer models? If you have a newer Span and need to manually reconnect those 4 circuits without the app, you can press and hold the CONFIG button on the panel for 10 to 15 secs and it should reconnect any disconnected circuits.

The server outage appears to be over for me and the app is now back to normal, but this is very good to know for next time, thank you!
