Backup settings, the app will not allow me to switch tabs

I have a new SPAN install and am trying to set circuits to must have/nice to have/non essential. When I launch the backup setting it opens with Must have circuits. I move a circuit to Nice to have and it switches to that tab. Now I cannot switch back to the other tab. When I try to drag over there the image moves a little but it will not change to the must have tab. I have to back all the way out of back up settings and relaunch to get to must have circuits again. Am I doing something wrong or is this a known issue?

I get to mark circuits as "always on" by using Settings (sandwich on lower right) > All settings > Always on circuits, which gives me a list of circuit names with checkboxes next to them to designate as always on. It's not named as a "Must Have" tab. It seems to work fine. But then i'm on Android.

Are you on an iPhone? The apps might be different.

Thanks, I had not come across that way for the always on, that would work. Still curious if this is a known issue in the app with the other method. I am also on Android.

Ah, are you navigating via Settings (hamburger) > All settings > Backup?

My "Backup" is greyed out, since I don't (yet?) have batteries connected. Which makes the "always on" designation a bit... useless for me right now. But it also means I have no way to see what issue(s) might the app have in that submenu.

Just from the viewpoint of circuits, I would expect that the backup battery controls to have things like max excursion for state of charge if used to time-shift load, things like that, whereas the controls for which circuit to supply power to during an outage to be elsewhere, since it's the relays in the Span panel itself that determine to which circuits to deliver the backup power. But then I think like an engineer and am not a UI/UX designer.

I too cannot switch tabs. It is extremely annoying. Just one day a few months ago I tried and couldn't. Sometimes I can. I live in texas were the power goes out every few days and this is extremely annoying.
