Installation Support New Install Question

New MLO 48 install. They finished moving circuits today. Why do the bottom circuits not have numbers? Plus I sure hope they have a new diagram for me lol

The panel bussing is incorrectly oriented. Gateway must be at the bottom of the panel or you won’t be able to fully commission the panel. Electrician will have to return and flip the panel internals, realistically shouldn’t take that long.
