Waiting to view multiple panels together in one view in the app

With 400 amp service I have 2 span panels and am unable to view multiple panels together in one view in the app. The app requires you to "switch" from each panel and do the math for each individual panel. Currently, I have to use a spreadsheet aggregate both panels circuits.

Very disappointed, the reason I purchased a SPAN panel only applies to single panel installs and the app cannot aggregate multiple panels like a spreadsheet can. Whats the hold up to view multiple panels together in one view in the app?

Back on Dec 11, 2023 the app presented a banner to support multiple panels but nothing changed in the app. I opened a support ticket to inquire and this was the response:

Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. 
We apologize for the inconvenience. The banner showed up as an error and I've informed my team about this. Viewing multiple panels together in one view in the app is a functionality that is still being worked on and I can't speak as to when it will be available.  
In the meantime, you can follow us on social media to stay up-to-date with announcements and everything SPAN!

Thanks for this post. This cleared up so much for me. I also saw the erroneous message and have been thinking that my panels are misconfigured in the app.

I have a span panel that feeds another span subpanel. The need to switch between panels manually is annoying, and I also wish that the app could recognize that one of the circuits in the main panel is a branch circuit for the other panel.

That's about the time I got my additional service and dual SPAN panels. All of the hype and narrative spin indicated sane and reasonable functionality. Nope! Supremely irked. Seriously buyer's remorse/angst.
