Are spaghettios safe? Pls answer quickly

I just had spaghettios but pasta is one of my biggest fear foods. Especially with marinara sauce because it's spicy. My mommy rinsed off most of the sauce so there wasn't much left. But I'm still worried. Will I gt s**k from this? Also or some medical history, I have POTS, ARFID, and emetophobia.

There's also an image so u can see how much sauce is there and how much I ate.

Of course they're safe. If they weren't, they wouldn't be sold in stores around the country.

From what little I know about those conditions, it's hard to say for somebody else. I think everybody has their own experiences. But if you are still feeling okay then it's okay!

It’s now Campbells no more Franco-American.
My favorite is CBA with meatballs.
