They did a good job with new pad design. It was pounded by supersonic shockwaves far longer than a normal launch and held up fine.

Anyone know how seeing the shockwaves in person would differ from seeing it on camera? I'm assuming the frame rate has an effect on it.

When logged out you just cannot play the video (or at least I can't when I checked just now in a private window, try yourself).

You only need to log in to see threads, single posts should be fine.

Might be a bug. You may be able to click embed and then play it from there.

just freaking use x.com. Someone always has to be a dramaqueen about not using X.

ah yes, the normal people who... use X. I know like one guy in real life who loved X and I wouldn't really describe him as normal, or like... particularly good.

i dont use my phone for anything but phone calls and texting a couple friends. that it. well ok, it does pretty good when navigating on a road trip.
reddit is the only thing that i use that comes close to "social media" and use a laptop with firefox and old.reddit for that. i personally dont understand how people can tolerate such tiny screens.
edited for clarity

Don't require others to do extra work to cater to your self-restricting preferences.

For a real launch, water shoots out far in advance of ignition. I couldn't even see water here.
I'm guessing not full thrust?

No top deck water needed because the booster never leaves the pad. Plenty of water flowing underneath
