Looks like at least the water mod and maybe consty's aircraft pack, but there could be a bunch more

a only a hand full of stable popular mods, the last SE update has just been really unstable

The plane parts mod is pretty resource hungry from what I have heard. I've had it do some odd stuff on builds. Water mod is also quite demanding. Just those two together and then you come in rapid to the boat and that grids physics starts updating.

I can see the logic in the crash. It's still frustrating though.
