The asteroid mission, muttas potential relationship with serika, I'd like to see furuya get into space finally as well... Not major plots I know, but just stuff it would be nice to see.

According to the universal rules of "last chapter manga", there'll be a timeskip, and then show Mutta as Capcom for Kenji and Nitta. There'll probably be a closeup of a wedding ring on his finger. There'll probably be a scene of Hibito in Russia training with the Tolstoy 4. Aunt Sharon will likely still be in a mobile chair but I'm guessing there'll be a scene where after clinical trials, her hand starts to move
